Project Engineer – Façade Glazing

We are seeking a highly competent and academically strong Civil Engineer (B.Tech/B.E.) or Diploma in Civil Engineering professional with a minimum of 5–6 years of proven experience in the façade glazing industry.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience Required: 5–6 Years in same field
• Driving License – A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.

Academic Excellence:

• Minimum 80% aggregate score in relevant academic qualifications.

Technical Expertise:

• In-depth knowledge of aluminium systems, profiles, and sections.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to interpret and review detailed drawings.
• Capability to prepare material take-offs, quantity calculations, and technical documentation.
• Comprehensive understanding of project sequencing, planning, and execution methodologies.
• Ability to lead and manage façade projects valued up to AED 15 million annually.

Commercial & Professional Competence:

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to achieve targeted monthly and annual invoice certifications.
• Highly organized with the capability to plan project timelines in advance and meet all deliverables within deadlines.
• Smart, enthusiastic, well-mannered, and able to represent the company with professionalism.
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, site engineers, consultants, and clients.

• Complete a written technical assessment.
• Participate in a structured technical and HR interview.
• Performance-Based Salary Enhancement
• Candidates who successfully and consistently achieve the targeted invoice certifications for six consecutive months will be eligible for an immediate 30% salary increment.
