Project Engineer – Fire Alarm & ELV Systems

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and proactive Project Engineer to manage and supervise fire alarm, ELV, and related system projects from execution to completion. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, site coordination, technical supervision, installation monitoring, testing, commissioning, and ensuring timely project delivery according to specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of fire alarm and ELV systems.
• Manage day-to-day site activities and coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and clients.
• Review project drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and layouts.
• Prepare project schedules, work plans, and progress reports.
• Ensure projects are completed within deadlines and approved budgets.
• Coordinate with procurement and stores for material planning and site requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide engineering support during project execution.
• Attend client meetings, site inspections, and progress review meetings.
• Prepare as-built drawings, handover documentation, and project closeout reports.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors for approvals and technical submissions.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fire alarm, ELV, or MEP project execution.
• Strong knowledge of conventional and addressable fire alarm systems.
• Experience with installation standards, testing, and commissioning procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Good knowledge of project coordination and site management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with brands such as Honeywell, Notifier, Siemens, or Bosch.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of firefighting, CCTV, access control, and other ELV systems will be an advantage.
• Strong project documentation and reporting capability.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
