Project Engineer ( Fit-out )

· Oversee and manage fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, regulatory/statutory requirements and quality standards

· Ensure all project activities are executed according to the plan

· Be the focal points for project execution, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among all (internal) team members

· Act as the main point of contact for clients when it comes to technical matters, understanding their needs and expectations, providing regular updates, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction

· Monitor project progress and quality, conducting regular site inspections and resolving any issues that arise to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards

· Track expenses and ensure cost-effective project delivery

· Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success

· Manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services

· Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and other necessary records

· Strong understanding of interior design principles, construction processes, and project management concepts

· Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or any related field.
• At least 4 + years’ experience in working at a reputed Interior Fit-out firm in UAE.
• Strong skills in Project Engineering, Project Planning, and Project Management
• Technical knowledge and expertise in Electrical Engineering
• Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with clients, contractors, and team members
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
• Good understanding of local building codes and safety regulations
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, with relevant work experience
• Familiarity with fit-out projects, especially in the commercial, retail, or F&B sectors, is advantageous
