Job Title: Project Engineer-Fitout

Location: Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all interior fit-out activities for high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use buildings.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, architects, MEP teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Prepare work schedules, progress reports, and daily/weekly site updates.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements.
• Coordinate MEP and architectural interfaces to avoid clashes and delays.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
• Assist in cost control, variation orders, and quantity verification.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during execution.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Participate in project meetings and prepare technical documentation.
• Support testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 7 years of experience in interior fit-out projects in UAE.
