Project Engineer - High Rise Building

We're Hiring: Project Engineer – High Rise Building Construction | Dubai, UAE

Are you a driven Civil Engineer with hands-on experience in high-rise construction? We're looking for a talented Project Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering landmark building projects across Dubai.

Job Description

As a Project Engineer, you will be at the heart of our construction operations — coordinating between design teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate structural, architectural, and MEP drawings
• Manage RFIs, shop drawings, material submittals, and inspection requests
• Monitor site progress against the approved schedule (Primavera P6 / MS Project)
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
• Coordinate with Dubai Municipality/ Trakhees for approvals and inspections
• Ensure full compliance with quality plans, ITPs, and HSE requirements
• Assist in preparing variation orders, EOT claims, and as-built documentation
• Lead site coordination meetings and track NCR closeouts

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture
• 3–6 years of building construction UAE experience (high-rise preferred)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and MS Office
• Solid understanding of FIDIC contracts, UAE authority processes
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
