Project Engineer (HVAC)

Please note : Job Location will be - Udupi, Banglore & Goa
Roles and Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Scheduling

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules.
• Monitor progress to ensure timely completion of milestones.

2. Profit & Cost Planning

• Develop strategies to enhance project profitability.
• Control costs and optimize resource utilization.

3. Cash Flow & Revenue Management

• Ensure effective management of project cash flow.
• Support timely revenue realization.

4. Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communication.

5. Client Feedback & Appreciation

• Obtain formal feedback and appreciation letters from clients on project performance.

6. Labor & Contractor Finalization

• Identify, evaluate, and finalize suitable labor contractors for execution.

7. Approvals & Documentation

• Follow up on all statutory, design, and client approvals required for execution.

8. Billing & Certification (Client)

• Manage client billing processes and certification of work completed.

9. Contractor Bill Certification

• Verify and certify contractor bills for accuracy and compliance with terms.

10. Multi-Project Management

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while coordinating with internal teams and engineers.

11. Project Handover

• Ensure smooth and timely handover of completed projects as per targets.

12. Budgeting & Forecasting

• Prepare and manage project budgets and financial forecasts.

13. Manpower Management

• Plan and manage manpower allocation and team structure for efficient execution.

14. Drawing Review

• Cross-check and validate final drawings to ensure accuracy before execution.

15. Overall Project Management

• Monitor project performance, address risks, and ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget.

Required experience - 8-10 Years in HVAC project management, Execution And commissioning

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
