We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to lead our interior fit-out projects from conception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior fit-out projects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning:

- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information and identify potential risks.

- Coordinate with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

2. Project Execution:

- Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.

- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.

3. Budgeting and Cost Management:

- Develop and manage project budgets, including forecasting and cost control.

- Identify and mitigate potential cost risks and opportunities.

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

4. Client Management:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

- Communicate project progress, issues, and changes to clients in a timely and transparent manner.

5. Team Management:

- Lead and manage a team of project coordinators, engineers, and other support staff.

- Provide guidance, training, and development opportunities to team members.

6. Quality Assurance:

- Ensure that all projects are delivered to the highest quality standards.

- Implement and maintain quality control processes and procedures.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in interior fit-out projects.

3. Proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion.

4. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

5. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

6. Proficient in project management software, such as MS Project, Asana, or similar tools.

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Project Manager/ Supervisor (interior Fit Out): 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • UAE Driving License (Required)
