Project Engineer – Interior Fit-Out, Exhibition & Kiosk Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer to oversee and execute interior fit-out, exhibition kiosk, and stand-build projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in project planning, site execution, and material coordination, along with a solid understanding of Dubai EPC/fit-out regulations, authority approvals, and compliance standards. The role requires hands-on experience in managing subcontractors, vendors, and supply chain networks across the UAE to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the planning, execution and delivery of interior fit-out and joinery projects (from design handover to final installation).
• Coordinate with design, production and site teams to ensure joinery shop drawings, material procurement and on-site execution align with project specifications.
• Oversee subcontractors and trades on site; monitor progress, quality, safety and cost control.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders to address technical queries, changes and approvals.
• Track project schedule, budget, resources and ensure timely handover of the finished product.
• Prepare regular progress reports and escalate critical issues to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, site safety and quality control.

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Engineering or similar.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in interior fit-out & joinery works (shop drawings, site supervision, joinery install).
• Strong knowledge of joinery fabrication, finishes, MEP coordination in fit-out context.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (or equivalent), MS Project / scheduling tools.
• Good communication skills (English), strong coordination and problem-solving.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, work under pressure, travel to site.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
