Project Engineer -Interior Fit out experience is must

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor interior fit-out projects from inception to completion.
• Review and interpret drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage site activities, ensuring compliance with project timelines and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety and quality regulations.
• Prepare progress reports, schedules, and site documentation.
• Support project manager in cost estimation, material approval, and subcontractor management.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors to resolve technical and site-related issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Interior Design / Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects (corporate, retail, or hospitality sectors preferred).
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction methods.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
