Key Responsibilities
· Manage and supervise interior fit-out projects from initiation to handover.
· Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
· Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements for site implementation.
· Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with approved timelines and standards.
· Prepare project schedules, daily reports, material requests, and work progress updates.
· Ensure proper coordination between site activities and design/technical teams.
· Supervise site workforce and subcontractors to ensure productivity and safety compliance.
· Support project manager in resolving technical and operational issues on site.
· Conduct site inspections and ensure works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
· Assist in project handover, snagging, and close-out documentation.
Requirements
· 3–4 years of UAE experience in Project Engineering within Interior Fit-Out projects.
· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
· Strong knowledge of interior fit-out execution, materials, and site coordination.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
· Good understanding of project planning, site supervision, and quality standards.
· Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to manage multiple activities and work under tight deadlines.
