Project Engineer - Interior Fitout

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Engineer specializing in Interior Fitout to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role involves overseeing the technical and operational aspects of interior fitout projects, ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all technical aspects of interior fitout projects to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers to align project requirements and facilitate smooth workflows.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to ensure adherence to design specifications and safety regulations.
• Prepare and review project schedules, reports, and documentation to maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Resolve technical issues and provide innovative solutions to challenges encountered on-site.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Assist in procurement and material selection to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Engineer in interior fitout or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of interior fitout materials, construction methods, and industry standards.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficient in CAD software and project management tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project demands.
• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel to project sites across Dubai.
• Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in the interior fit-out industry.
• Continuous work experience of more than 5 years in the same company is required (job stability must be proven).
• Society of Engineers (UAE) membership is an advantage.
• Strong technical knowledge of interior fit-out, joinery, MEP coordination, and finishing materials.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
