We are seeking aProject Engineerwith a proven background inluxury residential and high-end villa construction and fit-out projectsto join our dynamic team inDubai. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, quality-driven, and experienced in managing complex, design-focused projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinateon-site construction and fit-out activitiesto ensure exceptional quality and timely delivery.
• Overseesubcontractors, suppliers, and site teamsto maintain project schedules and standards.
• Reviewdrawings, specifications, and shop drawingsfor accuracy and compliance with design intent.
• Ensure full adherence tohealth, safety, and environmentalstandards and regulations.
• Collaborate closely withdesign, procurement, and project managementteams to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements

• Minimum10 years of experienceinluxury or high-end villa construction and interior fit-outwithin the UAE.
• Strong technical knowledge offinishing materials, detailing, and installation methods.
• Demonstrated ability tomanage multiple tradesand uphold top-tier workmanship on-site.
• Excellentcommunication, leadership, and coordinationskills.
• Bachelor's degree(or equivalent) inCivil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• UAE driving licensepreferred.
