Project Engineer (Marine Construction)

We’re Hiring: Project Engineer
Location: UAE – Union Dredgers & Marine Contracting LLC (UDMC)

Union Dredgers & Marine Contracting LLC (UDMC) is a leading marine contracting company in the UAE, delivering high-quality offshore and onshore projects. We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our team and support the successful execution of marine and dredging projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate project activities in line with project plans and specifications.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and cost, and report updates to Project Manager.
• Prepare technical documentation, site reports, and maintain project records.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, company procedures, and client requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Marine/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as Project Engineer in marine or dredging projects.
• Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and cost control.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in challenging offshore or onshore environments.
