Project Engineer (Mechanical)

• Review project specifications, IFC drawings, and contractual documents.
• Prepare project schedules, resource plans, and method statements.
• Coordinate with civil, electrical, and other discipline engineers.
• Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Review mechanical design documents (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting).
• Perform technical calculations such as heat load, pump head, duct sizing, pipe sizing, etc.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, material submittals, and BOQs.
• Raise RFIs and provide technical clarification to site teams.
• Prepare material requisitions and coordinate with procurement for timely delivery.
• Evaluate vendor technical offers.
• Inspect received materials to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Manage equipment deliveries and ensure proper storage on site.
• Plan and supervise testing & commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Coordinate with third-party testing agencies and consultants for approvals.
• Resolve snag items and ensure all systems operate as per design.
• Assist in project closeout and final handover to the client.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
