Project engineer - MEP

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete project lifecycle: design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning.
• Conduct site surveys and review technical drawings and BOQs.
• Supervise on-site execution teams (technicians & subcontractors).
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards (HTM ).
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and other contractors.
• Prepare project documentation (reports, method statements, as-built drawings).
• Handle technical meetings and progress updates.
• Monitor project timeline and ensure timely delivery.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Biomedical Engineering.
• Min 6 years’ experience in healthcare infrastructure projects (UAE/GCC preferred).
• Hands-on experience in:
  • Medical Gas Systems
  • Nurse Call Systems
  • Pneumatic Tube Systems (PTS)
• Familiar with HTM and local healthcare regulations.
• Strong skills in reading & interpreting MEP drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Office & AutoCAD (Revit is a plus).
• Excellent communication & leadership skills.
• UAE driving license preferred.
