Project Engineer (MEP)

Site Supervision & Coordination

• Oversee and coordinate MEP works across multiple ongoing projects
• Manage day-to-day site activities with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams

Technical Execution

• Ensure all installations follow approved drawings, specifications, and applicable standards
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements, ensuring everything is in order before execution

Project Monitoring

• Track project progress closely and highlight any delays, risks, or issues along with practical solutions
• Support planning, scheduling, and resource allocation in coordination with the Project Manager

Quality & Safety

• Carry out regular site inspections to ensure work is being done safely and to required quality standards
• Work closely with QA/QC and HSE teams to maintain full compliance on site

Materials & Resources

• Monitor material procurement and delivery schedules to avoid site delays
• Ensure required resources are available as per project needs

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare and submit clear daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
• Maintain proper project documentation for tracking and reference

Testing & Handover

• Support testing, commissioning, and final project handover activities

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 6–7 years of experience in MEP project execution
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical, and ELV systems
• Good understanding of UAE codes, standards, and authority requirements
• Hands-on experience in site coordination and team supervision
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office and project coordination tools
• UAE driving license is an added advantage
