Project Engineer (MEP)

Project Execution Support

• Assist in managing MEP works across residential and commercial projects
• Support the Project Manager in planning and day-to-day site activities
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications

Technical Coordination

• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams
• Ensure proper execution of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical, and ELV systems

Site Coordination & Monitoring

• Track daily site progress and report updates, delays, or issues
• Coordinate with supervisors, foremen, and technicians for smooth workflow
• Help resolve technical issues with senior engineers

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure all works follow UAE standards and project requirements
• Support QA/QC inspections and maintain quality on site
• Assist in closing non-conformance issues

Planning & Reporting

• Support project planning and progress tracking
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports
• Maintain proper project documentation

Testing & Commissioning

• Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems
• Ensure systems are fully functional before project completion

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 3–5 years of UAE experience in MEP project execution
• Good knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical, and ELV systems
• Understanding of UAE codes and authority requirements
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• MS Office knowledge (AutoCAD is a plus)
• UAE driving license preferred
