Project Engineer MEP Operations, Maintenance & Safety

Job Purpose:

Co-ordinate with client for creating BOQ for MEP Project execution, identify suitable vendors and Shortlist Vendor as per the project requirements. Ensure Safety protocols are followed as per project requirement [Health and safety of manpower, competency and calibrated tools for the projects].

Job Description:

Knowledge on MEP and Civil projects.

Knowledge of risk assessment.

Preparation of project schedule.

Knowledge on safe working practicesKnowledge on LOTO, working @ Height, Hot & Confined space.

Knowledge on project documentation and handing over report,knowledge on Incident reporting.

Report:

1. Responsible for daily reporting on project/M & E to the Facility Manager

2. Generate Service maintenance reports on office equipment’s

3. Generate Inventory and Purchasing of spares and consumables

4. Effective handling of store management

5. Generate Downtime and breakdown incident reports

Qualification:

BE/BTech Graduate in Electrical/Mechanical with 5 years relevant experience in ProjectsDiploma in Electrical/Mechanical with 8 -10 years relevant experience.5. Knowledge, Skill & AbilitiesExperience in MEP and civil projectsKnowledge on CADD drawings, Good written & communication in English and Tamil

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
