Project Engineer – Real Estate Development

Plan, coordinate, and supervise project execution activities from concept to completion. Monitor progress on site and ensure timely completion of project milestones. Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and ensure compliance with design and authority regulations. Ensure all work conforms to FIDIC contractual requirements, project specifications, and Dubai authority regulations. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth project delivery. Track material approvals, procurement schedules, and ensure timely delivery to site. Conduct regular site inspections and report progress, risks, and deviations to the Director. Maintain documentation including project reports, site diaries, RFI logs, and progress photos. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards across all sites. Support the Director in project planning, cost estimation, and tender evaluations. Manage handover procedures, snagging, and final completion reports.
