Project Engineer -Senior Civil Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering-Mandatory
• Minimum 6–7 years of experience in large-scale residential or high-rise building projects
• Mandatory GCC project experience
• Strong knowledge of planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and cost control systems
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and coordination skills
• Manage and oversee integrated project scheduling and cost control systems
• Review Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs), Method Statements (MAS), RFIs, and all contractor/consultant submissions
• Monitor project KPIs and performance indicators to ensure alignment with project goals
• Identify schedule and cost deviations, and recommend corrective and preventive actions
• Prepare and present consolidated monthly project reports
• Coordinate effectively between planning and cost control teams
• Ensure project execution complies with timelines, budgets, and quality standards

Pay: RO500.000 - RO600.000 per hour
