Job Title: Project Engineer / Site Engineer
Location: UAE / Kuwait
Type of Contract: Contractual 6 months
Job Summary:
We are looking for a capable and experienced Project Engineer/Site Engineer to manage and execute marine and civil construction projects, including piling works, AtoNS systems, and offshore structural installations. The role requires hands-on site supervision, strong technical understanding, and the ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, equipment teams, and internal departments to ensure successful project delivery in Kuwait.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site operations related to marine construction, piling, offshore structures, and AtoNS systems.

Interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, method statements, and GPS survey data for accurate execution.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and marine equipment teams (crane barges, vibro hammers, diving ops).

Prepare project schedules, manpower planning, material requirements, and progress reports.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Monitor site activities and ensure timely completion of tasks as per project plan.
Resolve on-site technical issues and provide engineering guidance. -
Conduct inspections, testing, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Support the Project Manager in reporting, planning, and client coordination.

Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements: -
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil/Marine/Structural Engineering.

5+ years of experience in marine construction (piling, AtoNS systems, offshore structures).

Hands-on experience working with/for contractors on execution-heavy marine projects.

Familiarity with marine equipment such as crane barges, vibro hammers, and diving operations.

Strong ability to interpret marine drawings, BOQs, and GPS survey data.
Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of welding standards (AWS/ISO), corrosion protection, and pile load testing.

OSHA/NEBOSH, IMCA diving safety awareness, or PMP certification.

Compensation:
Salary Range: AED 17,000-19,000 depending on profile and experience.
