Primary Responsibilities: The Project Engineer – Solar EPC will assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of solar power projects (Rooftop / Ground-Mounted) from site mobilization to commissioning. The role involves coordination with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and as per quality standards. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals seeking hands-on experience in the renewable energy EPC sector.

Job Location: Project Sites (Pan India, as per project requirements).

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of solar PV systems and EPC execution processes.
• Knowledge of electrical systems (DC/AC, inverters, panels, earthing).
• Ability to read engineering drawings and layouts.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred).
• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required.
• Strong learning attitude and problem-solving skills.

Internal:

• Timely completion of assigned project tasks.

Job Description:

• Assist in execution of solar EPC projects as per approved drawings, BOQ, and timelines.
• Coordinate site activities including module mounting structures, PV modules, inverters, cabling, earthing, and civil works.
• Monitor daily site progress and prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety guidelines, and statutory norms.
• Support material planning, site inventory control, and verification of delivered materials.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for smooth site execution.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
• Maintain site documentation such as drawings, inspection checklists, permits, and reports.
• Identify site issues and escalate to Project Manager for timely resolution.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical) or related field.

Work Experience: 0–1 year of experience in Solar EPC / Electrical / Construction projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
