Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Engineer – Structural Steel to manage and coordinate structural steel fabrication and erection projects. The ideal candidate will oversee project execution from design coordination to site installation, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Review structural drawings, shop drawings, and fabrication details
• Coordinate with design, fabrication, and site teams for smooth project execution
• Plan and monitor fabrication and erection schedules
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for approvals and progress updates
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during installation
• Prepare progress reports, material submittals, and method statements
• Monitor material procurement and ensure timely availability
• Handle project documentation and maintain records

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 3–7 years of experience in structural steel fabrication and erection
• Strong knowledge of steel structures, connections, and fabrication processes
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic project management tools
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple site activities

Mandatory Requirement

• Valid UAE Driving License (Must have for site visits and project coordination)

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
