Job Title: Project Engineer – Swimming Pool Construction

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer specialising in swimming pool construction, with 5–10 years of hands-on experience. The role requires managing all on-site construction activities, coordinating with clients and their representatives, and ensuring projects comply with all relevant local authority approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily swimming pool construction activities on-site.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, client representatives, and consultants.
• Conduct site meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and all local authority approvals (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DCD, etc.).
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, material usage, and resource allocation.
• Resolve technical issues promptly to avoid delays.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and quality standards on-site.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years’ experience in swimming pool construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil and structural works related to swimming pools.
• In-depth knowledge of all relevant local authority approvals in Dubai/UAE.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage construction sites and supervise teams.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and reading technical drawings.
• UAE driving licence preferred.
