Project Engineer – Swimming Pool Projects (DM Registered Civil Engineer)

This position is STRICTLY for Civil Engineers with hands-on experience in swimming pool and water feature projects.
Applications without Dubai Municipality (DM) registration and direct swimming pool project experience will NOT be considered.

About the Role

We are seeking a Project Engineer specialized in swimming pool construction to manage execution, coordination, and documentation of swimming pool and water feature projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate must have technical, site-based experience in swimming pool works—not general civil construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor swimming pool project execution from start to completion
• Prepare and track project schedules, manpower, budgets, and site progress
• Coordinate with consultants, DM, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Prepare and submit DM approvals, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, safety standards, and approved drawings
• Attend site and stakeholder meetings; prepare minutes of meetings (MOM) and follow-ups
• Identify project risks, technical issues, and propose practical solutions
• Ensure timely completion of works while maintaining quality standards
• Maintain proper project documentation and records
• Support management with technical and administrative project requirements

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Applicants must meet ALL of the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 years UAE experience in swimming pool and/or water feature projects
• Dubai Municipality (DM) Registered Civil Engineer
• Society of Engineers (SOE) Membership – UAE
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Strong knowledge of swimming pool construction methods, MEP coordination, waterproofing, and finishing works
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple sites
• Willing to work and relocate anywhere in the UAE

Preferred (Advantage)

• Experience with DM inspection approvals for swimming pools
• Experience in luxury villas, hotels, or commercial pool projects
• Strong coordination and client-handling skills
