Project Engineer - Technical

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E. Mechanical)
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in specialized services or a related field
Valid UAE Driving License (preferred)

Job Purpose:

The Project Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising specialized service activities, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with technical and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site inspections and prepare clear and concise technical reports.
• Coordinate with technicians and clients to plan and execute daily/weekly work schedules.
• Supervise project teams and ensure adherence to approved methodologies, quality guidelines, and safety procedures.
• Oversee the proper operation and maintenance of specialized equipment (HEPA vacuums, negative air machines, etc.).
• Ensure all mandatory certifications for equipment and technicians are updated and obtained within required timelines.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including job reports, checklists, and before/after photos.
• Assist in resource planning, material arrangements, and workflow monitoring to ensure smooth project execution.
• Communicate with clients regarding project progress, work requirements, and completion updates.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational gaps and proposing solutions.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and duct layouts.
• Basic understanding of mold remediation practices (advantage).
• Excellent coordination, scheduling, and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise field teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail with good reporting and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and compliance requirements.
