Job Description

We are looking for a Project Engineer to manage and support the execution of residential and commercial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for site coordination, quality control, and ensuring works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.

The ideal candidate should be technically sound, proactive, and capable of coordinating between site teams, consultants, vendors, and the office.

Key Responsibilities

•* Manage day-to-day site execution activities as per approved drawings and specifications*

•* Read, understand, and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings*

•* Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and labour teams*

•* Ensure quality control and adherence to construction standards*

•* Monitor work progress and update the project schedule*

•* Coordinate material requirements, procurement, and site inventory*

•* Conduct site measurements and assist in billing and BOQ verification*

•* Ensure compliance with safety norms and site discipline*

•* Report daily progress and issues to the Project Manager / Office*

•* Coordinate with consultants and clients during inspections and reviews*

Key Requirements

•* B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering*

•* 3–7 years of relevant experience in building construction*

•* Strong knowledge of site execution and construction practices*

•* Ability to read and execute works from drawings*

•* Good coordination and communication skills*

•* Willingness to work at site locations*

•* Experience in residential or commercial projects.*

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
