Cityway Facilities Management is seeking a talented, detail-oriented Project Engineer/Site Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and supporting construction and renovation projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements, technical standards, and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and present architectural and engineering designs using CAD software and 3D modeling tools.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.
• Conduct site visits, surveys, and assessments to identify project requirements and constraints.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, authority regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
• Review and modify designs based on client feedback, budget limitations, and project scope changes.
• Assist in material selection, quantity take-offs, documentation, and authority approvals.
• Support project execution by addressing technical queries during construction stages.
• Stay updated with industry trends, sustainable design practices, and emerging construction technologies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in architectural design or civil engineering works (UAE experience preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design or engineering software.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
• Excellent design sense, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
