Project Engineer/Site Engineer

We are seeking experienced Project Engineers and Site Engineers with strong UAE construction exposure to manage and supervise on-site activities from mobilization through project handover.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 6–10 years of total UAE (Dubai) experience in construction projects
• Proven experience handling residential, commercial, mixed-use, and/or fit-out projects in the UAE
• Successfully completed multiple projects from site mobilization to final handover
• Solid experience in Fit-Out projects is an added advantage
• Strong working knowledge of UAE Building Codes, Dubai Municipality regulations, and local authority approvals
• Must be Dubai Municipality (DM) approved / registered
• Registered with Society of Engineers (SOE – UAE) with a valid SOE card
• Ability to effectively manage site manpower, foremen, subcontractors, and supervisors
• Demonstrated capacity to handle large site teams and multiple site staff simultaneously
• Proficient in planning and scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project or similar)
• Strong coordination and communication skills with consultants, clients, and authorities
• UAE driving license preferred

Professional Background Expectations

• Experience working with multiple construction companies within the UAE
• Current employment status and visa type should allow for job transition
• Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period is preferred

Certifications

• PMP certification (required; year of certification to be specified if available)
• Any additional technical or safety certifications will be an advantage

• Must already hold the title of Project Engineer or Site Engineer
