Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Project Engineer / Site Engineer to manage and supervise site activities, ensure project execution as per drawings and specifications, and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards
• Prepare site reports, material requests, and work schedules
• Ensure timely completion of works within project timelines
• Attend site meetings and handle inspections
• Resolve site-related technical issues effectively

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Project Engineer or Site Engineer (mandatory)
• Experience in building construction / fit-out / villa projects (as applicable)
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of local construction practices and regulations
• Ability to work independently and handle site coordination
• Good communication and reporting skills
