Project Engineer/Site Engineer

Position: Site Engineer / Site Supervisor

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Responsibilities:

• Daily supervision of site activities and contractors.
• Conduct inspections to ensure work complies with approved drawings and specifications.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Monitor project schedule and identify delays.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Record site issues and follow up on corrective actions.
• Verify completed works before consultant inspections.
• Maintain site documentation, photographs, and progress records.
• Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years UAEconstruction/fit-out experience.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications.
• Experience preparing site reports and inspection requests.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is a Must.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per hour

Experience:

• UAE construction Supervision: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Eid for more than 6 month (Required)
• Driving License (Required)
