Project Estimator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Estimator with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the interior design or fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, coordinating with design and site teams, and ensuring that all projects are delivered within budget and timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review interior design drawings, BOQs, and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Analyze material, labor, and subcontractor costs.
• Prepare quotations, cost comparisons, and project budgets.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for updated pricing.
• Support project managers and designers in value engineering and cost control.
• Maintain cost records and update estimation databases.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Estimator in interior design, architecture, or construction.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and interior design elements.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work accurately under deadlines.
