Custom Concrete Solutions is hiring a Project Estimator—someone who meets with homeowners, helps shape their ideas, and turns them into real, buildable projects.

This is not a pushy sales role. You’re not cold calling or chasing leads. You’ll be working with scheduled appointments, walking properties, and helping people make smart decisions about their space.

No experience? No problem. We’ll train you from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Meet with homeowners at their property (pre-set appointments)
• Measure and map out project areas
• Help turn ideas into clear project plans
• Build estimates and proposals
• Act as the bridge between client and build team

You Might Be a Fit If You:

• Like working with people but don’t want a “salesy” job
• Enjoy being active and out of the office
• Are comfortable learning and using basic tech (tablet, apps)
• Want to build a skillset that actually pays off
