Project Execution Head

Job Summary:
The Project Execution Head (Civil) will lead and oversee complete on-site execution of multiple construction projects. The role focuses on planning, coordination, quality control, safety compliance, timely delivery, and managing project teams and contractors. This position ensures all projects are executed as per design, schedule, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise end-to-end civil project execution across multiple sites.
• Develop execution plans, construction methodologies, and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor daily progress, ensure adherence to drawings, standards, and specifications.
• Drive productivity, quality, and safety processes at all project locations.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Review and approve BOQs, work orders, bar bending schedules, and material requirements.
• Conduct regular site audits, progress meetings, and prepare MIS reports.
• Identify project risks, delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure timely procurement and material mobilization to sites.
• Oversee manpower planning and performance of site engineers, supervisors, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with statutory & regulatory requirements (NOCs, safety norms, inspections).
• Support billing, certification, documentation, and project handover processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 12–20+ years of experience in civil project execution.
• Strong experience in high-rise, residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
• Must have worked with contracting companies and handled large-scale site execution.
• Hands-on experience in Mivan and conventional construction methods (if required).
• Excellent leadership, planning, and team-management skills.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools, quality standards, safety regulations, and construction practices.
