Ace Arch Architects is a design-led architecture and turnkey execution firm specializing in residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. We focus on delivering concept-driven spaces backed by strong site execution, coordination, and disciplined project management.

We are expanding our execution team and looking for a highly responsible Project Execution Manager to lead on-site delivery and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per design intent.

Job Overview

The Project Execution Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end site execution of architectural and interior projects. This role requires strong site leadership, vendor coordination, cost control, and quality monitoring.

This is not a desk role — it is execution-focused and site-driven.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site execution and ensure work progresses as per schedule
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors
• Monitor quality standards and ensure design compliance
• Manage labour teams and subcontractors
• Track project timelines and report progress
• Control material procurement and usage
• Ensure safety standards are maintained on-site
• Identify and resolve execution issues proactively
• Maintain site documentation and reporting

Required Experience & Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in construction / interior project execution
• Experience handling residential or commercial turnkey projects
• Strong understanding of construction processes and materials
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and contractors
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Basic understanding of BOQ, budgeting & cost control
• Good communication and leadership ability

Qualification

• Diploma / B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering or related field

OR

• Strong practical execution experience in architecture/interior projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
