We are looking for a Project Executive (Post-Sales) to act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client communication, has the flexibility to handle late-night calls, and can efficiently coordinate tasks with SEO, PPC, and Development teams.
Key Responsibilities

Attend and manage post-sales client calls (including late-night calls as required).

Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for SEO, PPC, and Development teams.

Ensure smooth work allocation and tracking across teams.

Follow up on deliverables and timelines, maintaining a professional flow of communication.

Build positive client relationships by providing clarity, updates, and issue resolution.

Maintain basic documentation of assigned tasks, status updates, and client feedback.
Requirements

Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, and web development concepts.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work flexible/late hours as per client needs.

Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks at once.

Prior experience in digital marketing or client servicing is a plus.
