Project Executive (Post Sales)

We are looking for a Project Executive (Post-Sales) to act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client communication, has the flexibility to handle late-night calls, and can efficiently coordinate tasks with SEO, PPC, and Development teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend and manage post-sales client calls (including late-night calls as required).
  • Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for SEO, PPC, and Development teams.
  • Ensure smooth work allocation and tracking across teams.
  • Follow up on deliverables and timelines, maintaining a professional flow of communication.
  • Build positive client relationships by providing clarity, updates, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain basic documentation of assigned tasks, status updates, and client feedback.

Requirements
  • Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, and web development concepts.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work flexible/late hours as per client needs.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Prior experience in digital marketing or client servicing is a plus.
