Overview

Project Finance Associate with c.3 - 5 pqe sought to join a Magic Circle law firm to play a key role in its high end and well established Dubai practice.

Role

This role involves covering the full mix of project financing work, from large scale financings at outset to conclusion. The position works closely with Partners, the broader team, and clients on projects across the UAE, Middle East, and Africa. The firm acts for governments, sponsors, financial institutions, and others in financing high profile energy, power, and infrastructure projects.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate should be a Common Law qualified Project Finance Lawyer with 3 - 5 pqe, based either in the UAE at a legally directoried ranked law firm, or interested in relocating from the UK, Australia, or New Zealand. The firm seeks a high calibre individual comfortable working independently and/or within a team structure. High quality finance lawyers with project finance experience who wish to specialise in this area are also welcome for consideration.
