PROJECT FINANCE LAWYER | 2-4PQE | UAE

A leading international firm is seeking an experienced Project Finance Lawyer to join its well-established projects team. The role has a strong focus on the energy transition, with approximately 90% of the work involving renewables and clean energy.

In this role, you will advise on a broad range of high-quality transactions, including:

• Major infrastructure, transport, and O&G projects

• Islamic finance matters

• Project bonds and wider structured project financings

Applicants should have strong project finance and cross-border experience gained at a leading practice. Lawyers qualified in the UK, Australia, South Africa, or other common-law jurisdictions are encouraged to apply. Prior MENA experience is not required.
