This leading UK and international law firm has an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Associate to join their busy and thriving Project Finance practice in Dubai. Their highly-rated team has an impressive record of successfully delivering first-rate legal services for major projects in all segments of the regional infrastructure (transport, social infrastructure and infra tech) and energy (power/renewables, natural resources and mining) industries. The role will accordingly entail a variety of high-level work, focusing particularly on advising major private and public sector clients, funders, and consortia on the structuring, drafting and negotiation of the full range of financing documents for a diverse range of big ticket infrastructure and energy projects. The team's work also frequently sees them advising and supporting clients post-close and throughout the subsequent construction and operational phases.
