Project Financial Controller

We are seeking an experienced Project Financial Controller to manage financial performance, cost control, revenue recognition, and reporting for large-scale infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will ensure full financial accuracy, compliance, and control across all project phases.

Location: Multiple Sites Across KSA

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Establish project financial structure: WBS, cost codes, budgets.
• Manage cost control, forecasting, cash flow, and variance analysis.
• Prepare Monthly Project Performance Reports (CPI, SPI, EAC).
• Coordinate with Project Manager and Project Controls teams on all financial matters.
• Handle revenue recognition under IFRS 15 (Percentage of Completion) .
• Oversee month-end accruals, WIP, billing alignment, and GL updates.
• Support change control, budget revisions, and financial risk tracking.
• Ensure data accuracy between ERP (NetSuite/SAP/Oracle) and Primavera P6.
• Prepare project cost close-out and final accounts.

🔹 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Quantity Surveying, or Engineering .
• 7–10 years experience in financial control for major construction/infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost control, job costing, and forecasting.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI .
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
