Project Foreman - Exterior Waterproofing

Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Project Foreman to lead our exterior waterproofing crews. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in landscaping who is ready to take ownership of projects, manage a small crew, and ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

You will be responsible for running day-to-day field operations, maintaining quality control, and keeping projects on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a crew of 3-4 laborers on waterproofing and landscaping projects
• Oversee job site setup, execution, and cleanup
• Read and execute project scopes and plans
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards
• Train and develop crew members to improve performance and efficiency
• Communicate daily progress updates to management and customers
• Maintain a safe and organized job site
• Operate and oversee use of equipment (mini excavators, trucks, trailers, etc.)
• Identify and solve problems in the field without constant supervision

Qualifications

• 3+ years of foreman or crew lead experience (landscaping preferred)
• Strong understanding of excavation, grading, and drainage systems
• Experience operating skid steers and excavators
• Ability to lead a team and hold others accountable
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)
• Ability to work in physically demanding outdoor conditions
