  • Manage and oversee multiple construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and profitability
  • Guide Project Managers to meet tight schedules and maintain high-quality standards
  • Monitor sub-vendor performance and ensure efficient project execution
  • Control project costs, ensure budget adherence, and maximize profit margins
  • Analyse financial data to identify opportunities for cost optimization
  • Provide technical support for various projects and complex challenges
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and transparency
  • Mentor, and develop a skilled team, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth

  • Ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including design, contracts, and procurement teams
  • Conduct weekly review meetings with contractors and project management consultants
  • Identify and resolve project-related issues or bottlenecks.
  • Develop and implement communication protocols defining responsibility, frequency, channel of communication, and review meetings.
  • Manage and track project progress, including monitoring of construction schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Ensure that all projects are executed in accordance with the company's quality, health, safety, and environmental policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Manage and resolve conflicts and disputes that may arise during project execution.
  • Develop and implement risk management plans to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks.
  • Ensure that all project-related documentation, including contracts, invoices, and payment records, is accurately maintained and up to date.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
  • Manage and track project budgets, including monitoring of expenses, invoices, and payments.
  • Ensure that all projects are executed in accordance with the company's financial policies and procedures.
