Key Responsibilities:1. Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
2. Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, including site engineers, supervisors, and laborers.
3. Quality Control: Ensure projects meet quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
4. Client Management: Liaise with clients, understand their needs, and ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring project delivery on time and within budget.
6. Resource Allocation: Manage resources, including materials, equipment, and labor.
7. Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
Essential Skills:1. Strong leadership and management skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and documents.
4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Experience with project management software and tools.
Qualifications:1. Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
2. Minimum 10-15 years of experience in construction project management.
3. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are an advantage.
