Project Head Civil (GM)

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Head Civil (GM- Level) Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, design, and execution while ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery with all external services of our project.

You will play a key leadership role in guiding Engineers, MEP Engineers coordinating with architects, contractors, and clients, and ensuring that projects meet both technical and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise construction projects from concept to completion.

Prepare and review structural designs, drawings, and BOQs.

Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and clients.

Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance.

Manage a team of junior engineers and provide mentorship.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 20+ years of experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure high-rise projects.

Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Mivan Shuttering, MS Project, STAAD Pro (preferred).

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Proven track record of handling multiple projects independently.

Pay: From ₹150,000.00 per month
