Project Head : Infrastructure / Roads

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Head to lead large-scale road and highway infrastructure projects. The role involves overall project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery within time, budget, and quality parameters. The candidate will coordinate with stakeholders, manage teams, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end execution of road and highway projects, including planning, design, procurement, and construction.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with technical specifications.
• Lead and mentor project managers, engineers, and site teams.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, environmental standards, and statutory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Review contracts, tenders, and procurement processes.
• Prepare and present project reports, dashboards, and updates to senior management.
• Drive cost optimization, productivity, and timely delivery of project milestones.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of road and highway construction techniques, materials, and standards (IRC/MoRTH guidelines).
• Excellent project planning, scheduling, and budgeting skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities in complex project environments.

Qualification & Experience:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. MBA (Project Management/Construction Management) is a plus.
• Experience: 5–8 years of experience in road and highway projects, including at least 5 years in a leadership/project management role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
