Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Head to oversee our interior projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will lead the project management team, ensure smooth execution, coordinate with designers, clients and site teams, and deliver project on time, with in budget, and with high-quality quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple interior projects simultaneously.
• Plan, Schedule, and execute projectsvwith proper resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, engineers, vendors and site supervisors.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and adherence to quality standards.
• Monitor project costs and budget to ensure profitability.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Maintain project reports, documentation, and updates for management.
• Ensure client satisfaction and building long-term relationships.

Requirements:

• B.Tech Civil engineering, Diploma in interior design, or related field.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in interior project management.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes and construction methods.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other project management tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
