Project Head/Content Senior

We are seeking an experienced Project Head/Content Senior to lead content strategy, ensure high-quality output, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. This role acts as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for all content-related communications, working closely with clients, internal content teams, client managers, and sales teams. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in content creation, a deep understanding of the e-learning industry, and the ability to make strategic and creative decisions. Flexibility to work on weekends, when needed, to meet project deadlines is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary SPOC for all content-related communications between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.

• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality content by coordinating with clients, content teams, and sales teams.

• Translate client needs and feedback into actionable content strategies and ensure successful execution.

• Maintain strong client relationships, offering strategic guidance and ensuring satisfaction with content outcomes.

• Review and approve content to ensure alignment with client goals, quality standards, and industry best practices.

• Lead and guide the content team, providing creative direction and feedback to drive content excellence.

• Proactively manage content timelines, resolving issues to ensure on-time delivery.

• Stay flexible and available to work weekends as needed to meet project deadlines.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in content strategy, creation, and management, preferably in the e-learning or content-driven industry.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate across teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.

• In-depth knowledge of content creation best practices and quality assurance processes.

• Proven ability to make creative decisions and guide content teams to deliver high-quality output.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
