We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Lead to lead the design, planning, and execution of complex architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design principles, project leadership, and technical knowledge, ensuring projects meet functional, aesthetic, and sustainability standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Design Management:
- Lead the design and planning process for large-scale residential (group housing) and commercial projects, ensuring the projects meet the client’s objectives and vision.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers and contractors to define the project’s scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Develop detailed project plans, including project schedules, resource allocation, and budgets, and ensure that design milestones and deadlines are met.
- Ensure that design documents are comprehensive, accurate, and in compliance with industry standards, building codes, and regulations.
- Team Leadership and Coordination:
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of designers, architects, engineers, and other professionals to successfully execute projects.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to project team members, ensuring collaboration and clear communication.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior team members and maintain a productive work environment.
- Design Implementation and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that design intent is faithfully translated into construction, resolving any conflicts or issues that arise during the execution phase.
- Review design documents, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and within scope.
- Maintain high standards of design and quality throughout the project, ensuring compliance with architectural, engineering, and environmental standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress, quality control, and adherence to design specifications.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design revisions, contracts, meeting minutes, and reports.
- Prepare regular project status reports, including updates on design progress, budget status, risk analysis, and any changes in project scope or timelines.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
