Project Lead

This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering software projects while ensuring alignment with strategic goals. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and impact.

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial or Mathematics)

● 8+ years of experience in software project management

● Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies

● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

● Preferably PMP-certified

● Advanced English

Responsibilities

● Define and track project scope, goals, budget, and timelines

● Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage requirements

● Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies

● Work closely with product teams to monitor progress

● Prepare reports and provide regular updates to leadership

● Ensure timely delivery while meeting customer expectations

● Plan and oversee software deployment projects with stakeholders
