Project Lead

East Oak Home Improvements is looking for an experienced, motivated Project Lead to oversee residential remodeling and home improvement projects. We’re seeking someone who can work independently, lead a crew, maintain high-quality workmanship, and represent our company professionally on job sites.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years experience in home improvements/remodeling
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lead projects and direct team members
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Must be dependable, organized, and motivated
• Ability to work independently and make field decisions without constant supervision

Must Have Experience With:

• Framing
• Flooring installation (LVP, laminate, hardwood, etc.)
• Tile installation
• Drywall hanging and finishing
• Interior and exterior painting
• Finish carpentry and trim work
• Doors and windows
• General remodeling and repairs
• Reading tape measures and basic construction plans
• Proper use of hand and power tools

Responsibilities:

• Manage and complete residential remodeling projects
• Supervise crew members and maintain job efficiency
• Maintain quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Keep job sites clean and safe
• Communicate professionally with homeowners
• Drive company vehicles as needed
• Problem solve and keep projects moving forward
• Create material lists and plan work ahead when needed

Compensation:
Starting pay is $30/hour during a 60-day introductory period. Candidates who demonstrate the ability to independently lead projects, maintain quality standards, communicate professionally, and manage workflow effectively will receive an increase up to $35/hour after successful completion of the introductory period.

Pay beyond that based on experience, performance, and long-term growth within the company.
